Nestled in the heart of the canyon, our campsite offers the perfect blend of wilderness and comfort. A place to disconnect and experience the true nature of Tara.
Set on the banks of the Tara River, Camp Hedera offers a quiet retreat in the heart of one of Europe’s most untouched landscapes. Surrounded by the raw beauty of the Tara River Canyon, it is a place where nature sets the rhythm and everything feels slower, calmer, and more grounded.
Here, wilderness and comfort exist in balance. You wake up to the sound of the river and spend your days immersed in fresh air, greenery, and silence. At the same time, the camp provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with cozy accommodation and carefully prepared traditional meals made from local, organic ingredients. It is a space designed for rest, connection, and a genuine experience of nature without giving up comfort.
